Overview:  

Enrol in this exclusive course to acquire the skills needed to oversee the operational aspects of professional interior administration on a yacht. Gain comprehensive knowledge and a general understanding of operating the Interior Information Management System. The curriculum focuses on instructing students to implement Standard Operating Procedures for each interior sub-department, providing knowledge and practical insights into procedure implementation. 

Contents:  

Module A: Interior Administration              

• The operational running of a Professional Interior administration: different departments on board a superyacht 
• Operate the Interior Information Management System 
• Standard Operating Procedures 

 Module B: Human Resources                

• Manage Human Resources Procedures 

Certification:  

Certification upon completion is to be confirmed with the training provider. 

Details to take note of:  

Once you have purchased the course, you will be enrolled and gain access to the online platform to undertake your self-study and complete assessments. You will also be required to attend the in-person or live-stream classes. Candidates are required to provide evidence of at least 2 seasons onboard and have a PYA record book or similar.  

Assessment process:  

Assessment Criteria are achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through final exams and assignments testing.
