The course delves into the fundamentals of winemaking, grape varietals, wine styles, storage, and service, offering a globally recognized qualification equivalent to WSET level 1, well-suited for the yacht industry.

Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through final exam and assignments testing.
