This course targets individuals in senior positions such as heads of department who hold responsibility for leading and managing their teams. The Advanced Leadership Module aims to equip them with the necessary skills to effectively motivate individuals and teams, communicate efficiently, implement performance management strategies, apply resource management principles, manage conflict situations, and provide coaching and mentoring onboard.
