Overview: In a single-day program, participants delve into advanced insights on cleanliness and acquire essential organizational skills vital for maintaining the guest interior's optimal condition. The course begins with a comprehensive review of basic cleaning principles and progresses to an advanced exploration of theories related to the care and maintenance of various surfaces and fabrics. Emphasis is placed on anticipating guest needs, effective time management, and underscoring the critical role of attention to detail within the cleaning department. Contents: Module A Detailing and preparation of the Guest Interior Cabin day evening turndown service Anticipating guest needs Module B Cleaning, care and maintenance of surfaces Cleaning, care and maintenance of fabrics Maintaining, and cleaning equipment Maintaining health, hygiene and safety practices in department Certification: The training provided by Barcelona Crew Academy includes a Diploma Certificate and is awarded by the Guest Program- IAMI Details to take note of: Once you have purchased the course you will be enrolled and gain access to the online platform to undertake your self-study and complete assessments. You will also be required to attend the in-person or live-stream classes. Candidates must have at least one full season of experience as a steward/ess. Assessment process: Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through final exams and assignments testing.
