Each school has a list of scheduled courses, with course dates, prices, availability, and training location. Students can apply by doing the following:
When selecting an in-person course, you’ll at times see an enquiry form requesting your contact details: Name, email, and telephone number.
After filling in these details, an enquiry is sent directly to the training provider for the course you are planning attendance.
Training providers will receive your request and get in touch. However, responses are not always immediate and can be delayed.
When you see a course highlighted in blue, this means that the course is available as an in-person course and that you’re opting to do a physical training course at a training providers location.
The benefits of in-person training courses provide a more hands-on experience and a better understanding of the environment to which this training is necessary.
When you see a course highlighted in orange, this means that the course is available as a live stream, and you could opt for doing the class remotely.
After making a direct booking, the course facilitators will either send you pre-course learning materials before a class commences or send you further information about the course.
Live session courses are great exposure to international audiences; as a seafarer, you will work with people from all over the world,
and it’s a great way to learn about different cultures on a truly global platform.
