Overview:

This course is tailored for interior crew members who aspire to develop their administrative and managerial skills specific to the unique demands of superyacht operations. This course provides students with the knowledge and practical tools required to manage the organizational aspects of the interior department, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient team coordination. From financial tracking to inventory management, this course equips participants with the skills needed to take on leadership or senior interior roles.

By the end of the course, students will:

• Gain a strong understanding of the administrative and managerial tasks involved in running a yacht’s interior department.
• Be equipped with the skills to manage inventories, budgets, and team coordination effectively.
• Develop the ability to implement and maintain SOPs that ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

Prerequisites:

This program is aimed at experienced crew members, with a minimum of one season onboard operational experience.
