Xone Superyacht Academy aims to acquire the highest, innovative, and creative training standards in the Yachting Industry. To achieve this targeted goal, we work with distinctive instructors with academic backgrounds, vast experience in yachting and teaching qualifications/certifications from internationally recognized institutions. Keeping the instructors updated with the newest technologies applied in the maritime field is very important. So we encourage them to participate in courses and seminars as much as possible and conduct workshops to improve contemporary and more productive teaching technics. As well as teaching the classic navigation technics, to prepare the students for high-end technologies used on yachts, we invest a large part of our income in state-of-art simulators, brand new equipment on our training yachts even renew the training yachts every couple of years.
