Overview:
The Engine Room Resource Management (ERRM) course is designed to improve the safety, efficiency, and coordination of engine room operations aboard vessels. This course focuses on the human factors involved in managing the engine room team, ensuring that resources—both human and technical—are used effectively to optimize performance and reduce risk. The training emphasizes communication, teamwork, decision-making, and the safe operation of engineering equipment.
