STC Southern Africa’s Cape Town Training Centre is situated within the Port of Cape Town and provides maritime education and training for domestic and international requirements. The campus offers STCW and specialist maritime courses, supported by classrooms, workshops, conference facilities and simulation laboratories. Facilities include a DNV-certified Full Mission Ship Handling Simulator and an Electronic Navigation Systems Simulator. The centre also provides access to seafarer medical services, including MCA medicals. STC-SA Cape Town is an accredited training provider with the South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) and the Transport Education Training Authority (TETA).
